Not sure if this is the right place but would anyone know how I can contact Endeavour finance, I have checked the A-Z addresses but nothing showing so wondered if they have been taken over? Thanks in advance.:)
  • Can someone help me please?
My partner has made 2 MPPI complaints against Nationwide,

The 1st 1 being for MPPI in his ex's name that he didn't realise he was still paying for 10yrs after he took out a new mortgage to buy her out!

The 2nd as he was led to believe it was compulsory to have their own PPI in order to get their mortgage.

He has received a letter saying that he and his ex signed to say they wanted protection and that they will make a goodwill offer of £2449 inc premiums and interest for the policy in her name but they are regecting his 2nd claim because he was given info leaflets!
Surely this doesn't count if he thought he had to buy it from them?
Should he go to the Ombudsman?

and sorry this was such a long post:)

If he was told it was compulsory, then it was. Tell himm to check his demands and needs statement or the equivalent. There's no point going to the ombudsman.

You need to send the claim to HSBC.
What year was this loan taken out and was it Endeavour you used or a broker?.
