Hi
I have had my Credit Card Since the year 2000 with PPI on it. At the Time of opening the account i was a Full-Time Student working part time less then 16 hours a week. Do I still have a claim?
Thanks0 -
I am at present submitting claims for PPI on a few loans and credit cards my partner had a number of years ago. One of the credit cards was a Morgan Stanley card. Am i right in thinking that Morgan Stanley credit cards were taken over by Barclaycard? if so, do i submit my caim to Barclaycard?0

yes you do a very good claim, i should imagine if you were a student the lender had no business selling it to you.0 -

I know that on a couple of credit cards, a business loan and even a mortgage I have paid PPI. However, I went bankrupt about 6 years ago and have been discharged totally.
Will any claim I make be recovered by the companies I claim against. I know that the credit cards were closed as a result of the bankruptcy.
Please help.
Hi Drummer i;m afraid a lot of it will go into the bankruptcy but you will get to keep the interest.0 -
He would not get to keep the interest, the whole claim vests in the bankruptcy, interest and allHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

I think the mortgage and loan that were not part of the bankruptcy will be ok, although you'd probably have to take legal advice on that.0 -
