Were these consolidate loans? if they were they have to take any rebate off that they gave when you settled, what are the full calculations?.

Apparantly loans I had on my own, the paperwork is at home but the offers I accepted & signed back were for £1651.71 & £71.46, it appears they have only paid in the amounts without interest. I will be home in 45 minutes so will post calculations then. Thanks Amersall (again) :T

I recently had 7 claims paid from RBS and I think you'll find they pay the interest amount separately, they did in my case. Hope that helps.

Thanks , puts my mind at ease, did you have to wait a while for the separate interest payment.

ETA: The interest is now showing in the account this morning, although shows as paid in yesterday :T I am giong to post my successes on the other board but in total looks like just under 11k in total with a few still to hear from, I am so glad of all the help & templates etc on this site, thank you everyone & of course Martin :T:T

I sent my RBS Credit Card & my FP loan agreement to a claims company, absolutely certain I had no ppi on them......there was no ppi on Firstplus Loan, but there was on the RBS Credit Card.....result was £1367 offer from them with 24% + vat going to the claims company so roughly £400 of that going to them . I stumbled across a folder with old paperwork for other things, filled in the forms myself & most of claims have been upheld, one going to FOS & one they are still looking into.

If it is a loan and it is still open they take the % plus Vat on the whole PPI amount as they have saved the claimant the remaining PPI amount and interest.
