    Hi,

Blackhorse replied to my ppi complaint saying that as the agreement ended so long ago the docs are in their archives and without an agreement number they cannot review my complaint.
I do not have the agreement number anymore. Would sending a SAR mean they HAVE to get them out the archives even if i cannot provide the agreement number?
  • Thank you for your help. I guess the first place to start is to get a copy of the credit agreement. When i asked him about he he said its something he had to have. x
  • could i try and get ppi back for a 25k loan that was over 5 years but we only paid 2year repayments as we made a full and final settlement of £5000 ?
The debt was marked as no more money wud be chased for

any ideas or do you think it is a bit cheeky trying ?
    thanks

Its always worth a go but... I've seen a few posts on the forum where people have done this and any money back has gone off what is actually still outstanding... even though debt allegedly settled... which is fair enough. One lady posted that even after they had taken this redress off the loan outstanding there was still £1000 left and that they where going to rework her loan... Its worth thinking about and I think there is a bit of the forum especially for this type of thing and they may be able to help you more... Hopefully someone will come on and give you some other guidance :)

I am still waiting payment of an agreed PPI Claim with Lloyds TSB Bank and despite several letters to them I have not even received a response. What action would you recommend please ?

If you have no statements then they cannot pay you.
    You could send a Sar

Ask for all info they hold on you and you may get some statements, it is possible they no longer have any and it costs £10 for this info so it is up to you if you think it is worth the fee.
