After weeks of reading this thread finally sent for a copy of the agreement my OH signed with MBNA and think we have a case for misselling but don't know what to do next can someone help please. Do we write stating we wish to make a claim or do we need to fill a questionnaire in or do they send you that? Hope someone can point me in the right direction thank you in advance!

  • Hi everyone,

I am extremely annoyed with HSBC. I am getting nowhere with my PPI claim because neither of us have any documentation anymore!

Can anyone please help me make sense of these figures, if anyone knows what interest rates HSBC were charging on loans in May 04 and Jan 05?? (Long shot I know!).

I had a loan of £13k in May 04, repaying £267pm (cant remember what term)
and another loan which repaid the first one in Jan 05 of £18550, repaying £353pm (again cant remember what term).
If anyone had a loan off HSBC for similar amounts can you please tell me if it looks like PPI was included in these repayments? I am sure I had it (was young and naiive).

If not, can anyone tell me how I can find out more details about my loans as HSBC do not have anything! Tried credit agencies already but they dont show the details I need!

    Please help :-(

    Thanks

  • Can someone please tell me what to do now with my hsbc cc?....I had a response saying I did have cardholder protection ins on my cc for a few months in 2003 but as they do not have records they cannot locate any evidence i was charged ppi premiums??
They go on to ask me to send statements (which i dont have).
They said they are upholding my complaint but cannot do anything unless i send them statements!!

  • Hey peeps,

Wondering if you could help me. I applied through a ppi claim company for my PPI from First Plus. I then got a letter to say I had to contact the FSCS to get my ppi back as the broker, Loan Makers Ltd, had gone into administration. They sent me proof of me signing the document for loan makers and it was someone elses entirely. I then called them just to be told I had indeed signed a form with loan makers. The FSCS has now sent back a form for me to complete but they are asking for details of the company they are to persue and I have no details of loan makers as all the documentation I have refers to First Plus. I dont even remember doing anything through loan makers. How can I find out this information?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Angel i'm having exactly the same with them with my credit card and there not budging. I don't know what too say, I've been told exactly the same thing give us evidence, I've managed to find financial summary's and the paperwork which accompanys the credit card going back to 2001 but it doesn't show ppi so i don't ultimately know how it'll go.
