if you have no grounds for appeal and are just ignoring the fine because of it being a parking charge notice is what i am talking about here.

And what 'grounds' do you understand in the context of Contract Law? Do tell.

Well I guess that's why you lost in court. Stick around and learn where you went wrong.

I would recommend Google Chrome, it underlines mistakes.

How does someone get a half-decent job at Next and still doesn't understand that we always win at POPLA and there are ALWAYS grounds for appeal and defence?

Could you have a 'friend' who works for Legion Group perhaps?

Just so NEWBIES reading this know - your advice is pathetic , wrong and indicative of a PPC troll. Please show the Court Judgment and we may believe you but you'd still be wrong and just a victim who didn't know how to defend a small claim properly.

No-one here pays these, no-one is listening to your rubbish, and EVERYONE has grounds for appeal seeing as the charge is not a GPEOL (if you don't know what that means ask your friend at Legion, he won't either!).

There are always grounds to appeal. I could park sideways over 3 bays, walk off site and not buy a ticket and still win an appeal.

I can't see any court cases by OCS or Legion on this FOI, am I just missing them?

Nope, I don't think they ever have - hence the OP needs to show the Judgment or shut up. And even with a Judgment we'd need to know what defence was submitted, if any, because Legion Group don't have any title/standing nor a GPEOL in their charges. It would take a pretty awful court defence to lose to Legion!
