    Hi All

After my gain last week of 0.5lb I lost a whopping (for me) 3.5lb and went into a new stone I'm so chuffed.

Well done to everyone else who had a loss and if you had a gain look what can happen after a gain.

Hopefully will have lost a little bit this week - third time at the gym today, as well as two martial arts classes! ( I mean over the week, not just today!)

another 0.5lb off to report. :) It isn't much and progress is painfully slow. Lots going on at the moment and home life is very stressfull. Hubby has lots of problems at work and my son is still waiting to hear from Unis for September. Add sick parents to the list and normal life stuff and a bad cold and as I haven't done any exercise at all I should just be grateful not to have put loads on.
Sorry to hear you aren't feeling good Dragon, hope you get that pain under control soon.:grouphug:

PS Cheered myself up by buying a lovely pair of per una trousers in the charity shop...size 12 and never been worn, for a bargain MSE price of £4.
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

    Hi again all!

Big hello to Chipstick-have PMed you! :)

Well done to the losers-some good losses going on! :D

166million well done on your loss and on getting all that exercise in!

I really wish I could get into some proper exercise. I do walk my little boy to and from school which is about half an hour each way so I do do something, but I just can't motivate myself to do anything formal-I just don't enjoy it, but do wish I did.

Anywaaaay, I have managed another 3lbs off this week, bringing me to a total loss so far in March of 8lbs. As I said IMO last post I've sort of had to start again so the weight loss is quick again (that and I do have lots to lose!). I know it'll slow down but it is good to see a big loss to get me back into it. :)

Good luck to everyone for the next week.
