  • I have a massive weight loss to report today boys and girls. A whole 0.25lb.:o:o

Still at least it's the right way and it does take me below 10 stone:j for the first time in two years. As I havn't had time to do any exercise this week nor to cook my meals from scratch, due to being at work so late I suppose I should just be grateful.

YAY! Well done Teachergirl it might not be much but it's still GREAT and being below 10st MUST feel AMAZING!

I am hopefully getting back on track again, we had the funeral this week so time to try and put some things out of my head and concentrate on getting back to the way I wanna be. Am gonna try and get a proper shop done over the weekend, have been living on sandwiches and cr*p from the garage which obv hasn't done me any favours.....am a bit frightened to weigh myself since clothes all feeling a little snug but once I have good food in I shall report back with a start weight :j

I like cheese spread but never tried philadelphia. I have the crispbreads too but these cracker breads are so much nicer and fewer calories.

Have you seen that new philly with cadbury chocolate? x

    Hi

I really need to get back on track and start losing weight again, I am re-joining sw this week and 7lb for March would be a good starting point, so can you add me please.

    Thanks

Urghm failing miserabley right not. My DD got accepted into her Grammar School, she'd worked so hard to sit the 11+ that we had to celebrate. I had pudding, now I'm stuffed and bloated and feel yukky. Taking Oats So Simple to work for my break, can't face a stodgy McDonalds. I feel the need to drink gallons of water too.

Can I get a butt kick?
