Good so far, had my Oat-So-Simple, honey & almond this morning, yum. At work later so it'll be my 6 nugget meal, might squeeze in a banana later if I get the munchies. I need to get a routine going and exercise. I had 3 month calendar printed up with daily activities. All that work, I did zilch

I'm sensing failure already.....I'm in a foul mood due to a rubbish husband (who I am going to ebay but can't see me making much money!)

So I need chocolate plain and simple!

Not got any in the house though...who wants to deliver some?

I have a massive weight loss to report today boys and girls. A whole 0.25lb.:o:o

Still at least it's the right way and it does take me below 10 stone:j for the first time in two years. As I havn't had time to do any exercise this week nor to cook my meals from scratch, due to being at work so late I suppose I should just be grateful.

chipstick2004 I did once see an e bay for a husband...sadly e-bay pulled it or I might have had a bid myself...just for research purposes you understand;) Don't give in though you will regret it tomorrow.

I managed to make an appearance at the gym this week , after one long year of no exercise :j
Turns out Legs Bums and Tums is not a great class to get you back in the swing of things :eek: and everyone in there is a stick ! It must be working for some? :rotfl:

Stocked up on beans and lentils and gave all my reserve of butter to my SIL. This is going to be a long process. :wall:
