I had pudding, now I'm stuffed and bloated and feel yukky. Taking Oats So Simple to work for my break, can't face a stodgy McDonalds. I feel the need to drink gallons of water too.
Can I get a butt kick?
2 months ago I thought nothing of eating puddings, chocolate, crisps....basically spending every night eating! Now one piece of chocolate makes me feel like I've been SOOOO naughty!!!! I went out for lunch Thursday...ordered a salad and actually felt full!!!
Don't feel guilty for the odd treat. No butt kicks just a couple of extra glasses of water. I'm proud that the bad for me food actually causes guilt!

I like cheese spread but never tried philadelphia. I have the crispbreads too but these cracker breads are so much nicer and fewer calories.
Have you seen that new philly with cadbury chocolate? x

Is it a light one? Then surely we can use it to make a diet friendly cheesecake?
I haven't had cheesecake since DD2 used it as the basis for her GCSE food project - we made and sampled so many cheesecakes that I haven't wanted to look one in the eye since!
i'm just glad she didn't do a curry..... I don't want to lose the taste for that!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

I'm in 2 minds about it, I used to make a cheese cake using those very things - Philly light, cadbury and mascapone cheese and it is to die for (only good for very special occasions) so I'm thinking it should be nice but I'm also thinking it will be gross.
Maybe put some on a digestive as a very mini cheese cake for a treat?0 -

If I go out for dinner I still have chips and steak or something, I was going out every Saturday since beginning of Jan and would have pizza, pudding etc but classed it as a diet day off because I was becoming obsessed with counting calories.
I have still met my targets though x0 -
Hi Dragon. can you pop my sw down as 12st 6lb:o but if I can lose this 7 this month I will be a 11 stone something lol

Ok today is the day to get started on this again, am not really very motivated right now but shall just stick with it and hope that my motivation kicks in soon. Managed to take off some that I put on during all the traumas of last month at least so my start weight stands at 146lbs which I know isn't too bad, but it is still bad for me and was hoping to be WELL below that by now but hey ho.....here goes! Good luck all
Have just looked back and that was my start weight for the beginning of last month which considering all that went on and the snack food I was having to get by on isn't too bad, guess I will just write February off like it never happened.....oh if only, ha!The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.
