Hello all,
Have had to start eating a bit more to keep up with the exercise I'm doing. Don't know if I will lose any weight this week though. Went to the shop craving chocolate and came out with a fat-free yoghurt though, so I'm pleased with myself for that.**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

Going to try an weigh myself tomorrow to see if I have lost any in March so far then again on the 22nd and then 30th for final March total.
I tried to weigh in today, booked an appointment for 430pm today at my local surgery and when I turned up it was closed.....the receptionist had booked it for another surgery about 5 miles away! Clearly didn't listen when I said I couldn't get to any of the other surgeries :mad:0 -
I was going to try the C25K but believe me I CANNOT run...I am really really bad so this would be a huge challenge...do you reckon its too much for the worst runner in the world?

No aching or anything whereas usually I would be complaining in the evening of being stiff and not able to stand up! Hope everyone is doing well!virtual sealed pot #167 = £32.56

Well Done CG!!!!
I am the same with exercise. I don't enjoy it and I don't have childcare often enough to do anything regularly (my hubby works funny shifts!)
I was thinking about doing the C25K (couch to 5k) challenge...because I can spare 20 mins in a morning to run up and down the street but I am apprehensive because I think I would collapse.
I do enjoy swimming but thats impossible with my kids being so small I couldn't go for any length of time.
Keep going!Hi again all!
Big hello to Chipstick-have PMed you!
Well done to the losers-some good losses going on!
166million well done on your loss and on getting all that exercise in!
I really wish I could get into some proper exercise. I do walk my little boy to and from school which is about half an hour each way so I do do something, but I just can't motivate myself to do anything formal-I just don't enjoy it, but do wish I did.
Anywaaaay, I have managed another 3lbs off this week, bringing me to a total loss so far in March of 8lbs. As I said IMO last post I've sort of had to start again so the weight loss is quick again (that and I do have lots to lose!). I know it'll slow down but it is good to see a big loss to get me back into it.
Good luck to everyone for the next week.

I spent the week convincing myself I'd put on....Even to the point of avoiding my new slimmer jeans because I thought they wouldn't fit....SO a pleasant suprise to find I lost 1 1/2lbs this week. Its not a massive mount but it isn';t a gain so I am more than happy!
That brings my total so far for march to 4lbs, my total since 5th Jan is 26lbs and my weight today is bang on 15stone...Oh how I can't wait to lookj next week and see a 14 on the scales!
Keep going everyone...
And to make you laugh...A friend of mine said the new Chocolate Philly was so devine she'd eaten a tub in a day....'What with?' I asked (assuming crackers, bread etc)..her answer...'a spoon!'virtual sealed pot #167 = £32.56

lol thats funny. I tried a sample in tesco the other day on a digestive. It was nice. probably stick to plain or the garlic one but for a cheesecake it would be good. We usually eat philly in chicken wraps which would be a bit odd. Lost 2lb this week, not sure how because my diet has been a disaster! Been going to the gym but only light cardio. Been busy at work but no excuse, will be more focused dont want to go backwards.0 -
