Chipstick. you mentioned C25K earlier. I think you should go for it. I did it a couple of years back when I knew I really needed to sort myself out. I used the Robert Ullery downloads on my MP3 player. The first time I ran ,when you just run for a minute I truly thought I was going to die. I also couldn't walk for nearly a week and certainly not up stairs:o However I stuck with it and before my GP banned it, I was running 10K and loving it. The trick is to run really really slowly at first. There is or at least there was a thread on here where we all supported each other. Trust me if I managed it anyone could.;)Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0

:grouphug::grouphug:sweetilemon. We all have days when we feel like that. As someone famous once said the people who succeed are not those who fail but those who don't give up when they fail. ( or words to that effect.)
:j:j I am disproportionately happy this morning. After weeks of loosing part of a pound today I have lost 1lb. It looks good to see a new number on the scales. I am finally beginning to notice some clothes are getting loose on me. Today will be a day off watching my weight as it is my sons 18th . He is going out with friends in the evening and for a "eat as much as you like Chinese" with us for lunch:eek:
