Why??? Only bad things ever happen there!

If I won around a million I'd buy a new house not so close to the road so my cats would be safer then pay off the mortgage on this one so I could rent it out to provide me with an income.

If I won more I'd like a big house down a private road (I know the exact road already!) where I could get LOTS more cats and a dog or two. I'd like a garden just big enough (but not too big) for a small swimming pool and a summer house and a brick built BBQ so DS and his friends had somewhere nice to hang out at the weekends. Or maybe even one of those under cover, outdoor kitchens. Maybe I'll have that staircase leading into the pool :)

For me, I'd like a shiny black Kitchen Aid food mixer and I'd buy a a Gretsch White Falcon for DH.

A house nearby for each of the kids when they're grown up.

Not that I've ever given it much thought you understand ;)

I pointed to one in particular and said, that house is going to go up for sale one day and we're going to win enough money to buy it.

Yesterday, that house had a 'For Sale' sign outside it.

I needed a win of £300,000 to buy this house.

I got an email today telling me the ticket I bought online had won. I had such a freaky feeling, it seemed too good to be true.

It was. I won £3.00. The Cosmos had gotten confused with three hundred thousand and three hundred pence. At least it tried. :rotfl:
