I was very impressed with the man who called me , after 20 minutes he hadnt lost his temper with me . To be fair to them they are only doing a job , and at the end of the day you have to earn money where you can

Since when was scamming hard working and/or vulnerable individuals just "a job"?
They are low life and deserve everything unpleasant we can send their way.

I've had a few - calls that is, and am working my way back in time through various (now) obscure OSes - the first was Solaris, then VME/K, then Vulcan (was that Harris or Prime?)... not sure what I'll do after I get back to CP/M and DEC Monitor!

My ploy was saying my windows were OK and getting him to hang on as I walked round the house ensuring I could open and close them all.

Wow - seriously ????

They are not doing "a job" - they tell people lies and deceive them into giving bank details to pay for "Software" or "Services" to clean up the non-existent problem
