some people just can't see the bigger picture... a bit like our government with the cut backs... yes the government need to curb spending, and cut back etc.... BUT its having a serious knock on effect and now it is on a downward spirrel....
any hope your cousins government wake up and see what happening because of their decision.
Look as though its going to be a sunny day today:j:j cold but sunny...
don't forget the clocks went forward last night, so an extra hour of light tonight.... it is going to be so wired... because the weather is telling me its winter:rotfl:Work to live= not live to work0 -

WOW Alfie..... I just cant imagine one of them prowling around outside my house, all I get is stray cats:rotfl::rotfl: 9 and the odd rat:eek:)
talking about strays, think we have another one, been hanging around for a while ( could be because since the supermarket was built we have rats around the place again) prob 'hunting' , today it acutally came over to me, and starting pushing its face into me, and purring, followed me to the front door, and nearly came in:o:o... I am sooooo worried it might get run over:o:o
Think I better make a nice sunday dinner today...allways makes hubby in a good mood;):DWork to live= not live to work0 -

Ugghh. Do you know what did it?0 -
Yes, but I cannot think about it ATM
Dh is on his feet this afternoon, and being an angel as always, he managed mid afternoon, to give the dogs a run. I have managed a shower but am now back in bed. I knew a client was coming this morning and I phoned her and asked her to feed and to give old girl her medicine and she called later to tell me she'll come back tonight to do them tonight too. And they have had a lovely day with rugs off, it's been stunning here.
Dh is ready to eat again now and I am going to try some black tea. It's been a very frustrating weekend. It was my birthday too.
The truly frustrating thing is we had just run a bath which took ages.....using the shower hose, and two kettles, which kept triggering the trip switch, so totally a commitment of love. We dropped in a lush bath ballistic (yesterday was a special occasion and we love scented baths ) and I climbed in then puked in the bath, while dh went green and had to use the loo.
It went from romantic albeit with effort, to decidedly not so!0 -
Oh LiR, So sorry to hear your tale of woe! Hope you are beginning to feel better. So sorry your lovely bath was spoilt.
Hope your next Birthday is a happier one! But in the meantime, belated Happy Birthday.
One of the Grandtwins over the other day had the runs, and then sick when got home. But he's over it now and they went off to the caravan for today. One of the other Mums there made an Easter Egg search in the field, the Twins are now festooning the caravan with shards of chocolate! :rotfl: Poor SiL is running round trying to pick them up before they melt or get trodden into carpet. Waste of time really, the carpet is a mess anyway!: ):rotfl:
