    JUST HEARD A TREE CRASH DOWN IN THE WOODS !!

    i was letting the dogs out when i heard it....not near the house thank goodness !!

    I took delivery of 10 new chooks and 2 cockerels. My 2 remaining gals weren't too impressed and spent the day on the perch! Their faces were a picture!

    Also got given 2 coops and a feed bin. Just need all the snow to go and then I can get them set up.

    Well if you knew that the hens were well looked after, it should be OK.

    We've bought from a couple of "odd" places now, as well as more organised ones, but even if conditions have seemed a bit poor, the hens have been disease and bug-free. We've wormed them PDQ though. ;)

    well it has drizzled all day.. 11degrees...incredibly high winds..:eek:

    i seem to have given myself a black eye...:cool:

    cant remember what ive hit or what has hit me tho ?? im so used to bashing myself i dont take much notice...:rotfl:

    i am busy cramming everything in ,all this week having made friday the day i have my tooth out :eek:... i am not looking forward to it and know it will ache after so im un booked to everyone...:o
