No rats in greenhouse last night! Too early to get excited yetFreedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
when you buy at auction... you give the 10% at the auction, but do you know when you hand over the rest? I know it takes approx 21-28 days to complete, so was just wondering...Work to live= not live to work0

Alfie have you caught ruby yet?
My car is playing up, so i have booked it in for next wednesday (at least my garage has plenty of business and the economy isn't hurting it!) but i might be able to borrow one at the weekend and come and visit to have a play, or failing that after the car is serviced.....0 -

im not sure how/where/when but i heard something about a deal whereby you only have to put 3% down . i think it was called a phase 2 or a choice 2..........something 2 anyway ! if the seller agrees to a lower deposit the deal is as before with regards settling total in the stated time.... BUT DO CHECK THIS OUT......i know i heard right but not sure if still available ???
with most auctions i think it is normally 21 or 30 days depending...it will be in the auction blurb.....:)0 -
