    I've been Money Tipped!
Alfie not sure what tomorrow will bring but its cheered up this evening. Very windy though!

Well, we had a good meeting today and while we are going to think about it over the weekend we might well have a start date for phase one of wreck-righting.

    Curious feeling.

My brain says mid June, its got to be summer. My body says, light a fire :o

After a few weeks of taking it easy on the Bay, just started listing again in earnest. And had a firearms listing violation straight away for a novelty after shave dispenser :D.

This time got the policy compliance breach rescinded :j:rotfl::rotfl:

Another 10 listings later tonight, hopefully get some buyers emerging as we normally expect to sell 50%+ on first listing.

Garden blitz early next week and see whether soft fruit ok for jams yet.

And I dont like them, but two pigeons set up nest in wisteria 2 feet from patio doors. Of all the songs in all the world, pigeon's song is the worst :(

Alright, own up. Who was it?
Who complained about the heat when we had those couple of days which now look like being the summer of 2012? ;)

People had minor panics about droughts.... what would grow?
Now some are wellie-clad chasing flowerpots down their garden to catch them before they reach a river & head out to sea ;) Not me, I hasten to add. The poor souls downhill would be under 600ft of water for that to happen.

As forecast. Itsme & Co are disappearing in a jungle of greenery which is growing faster than we can get out there to tame it. I can see one particular grass stem which, without a word of a lie, must be over 5ft tall! It obviously got missed as it's between the roses but has now reached a size where I could use it as a height chart for an average sized hunter. The ponies would have to stand on a chair to nibble the top.
The rabbits appear from the grass looking like they've been enjoying a rugby club bath together. :rotfl:

Yes, like our chaffinches, who seem to say, "Hee! hee! hee! hee! Go and see a video!" :rotfl:

That can get... err... repetitive. :(

.....And I must try not to buy too much stuff from there! :o

ATM I'm winning on a computer like the one that's just died on me. I'm hoping I can resurrect it. My new one performs brilliantly, and it was a real bargain, but it has a cooling device for the chip inside, which blows air out, makes my legs cold and I end up with chilly feet!!! :rotfl::rotfl:It will be no good in the winter. :(

And yes, we are still running the wood burner. The good news is that we now have quite a lot of two year seasoned wood stacked.:) The bad news is that I still have to cut it up......

Not a very productive day today. Done a bit of this and that, but the wind fairly messes with the old brain and I couldn't settle to anything. :(
You're still running the wood burner! Blimey Dave, in the sunny south as well!

I'm wondering where the summer is going, I should be worrying about the heat, but the shading is still off of the GH...... after going on in the mini heatwave we had.

I've done loads today, although most of it was dealing with the wind ravaged plants :( I've beans with no leaves and the slugs are having a field day, never seen so many.
Although I've never seen so few aphids either, maybe due to the amazing amount of ladybirds we had earlier on in the year.
