Sorry thought it was an accent thing.

LIR - I'll blog it - gives me an excuse to resurrect it as I have a book that I'm supposed to advertise.

    I've been Money Tipped!

Hmm, i don't know now! These ones were in planks, like floor boards, but could be abutted for a good seal. I guess the end result risks looking a bit like laminate in its seam free perfection:o

to you bee keepers / knowledgable lot..is it normal that a lot [well drop in ocean] of MY bees are on the gravel, dozy then dying..:(
i read up on possibilities and it said to put saucers of sugar slightly wet down for them as lack of food can make em demise..
i was on all fours with a syringe aswell, dropping drops infront of the bees [things i do !] and they were "drinking" it...may be just fluke tho...
SO...is this normal and im neurotic or do i need to do something.
we are talking a few compared to the 1000s wizzing about..:D
Hehe, I never knew about bee lifecycles til now but I've always rescued bees. I remember one of the heatwaves as a teenager and they were all over the floor as I was going for a walk to the park and I picked them up and put them on my jacket so they wouldn't get tromped on (I was lawys a bit strange about animals, hated to think of them getting hurt) and they had a rest and just flew off eventually. There must have been over twenty bees and I caused a bit of a stir. Now I just take them home and give them honey. I'm sure they give me a grateful look. Have always had a soft spot for bees.

I'm trying to catch up on posts but failing. It's amazing how busy it is around here. And we're deep in village life. There are fencing issues, boundary issues, achitectural issues, nursery issues and school issues. How we would eer survive this if we had normal jobs and normal lives, I have no idea. This is on top of having to move home again - for the third time in nine month.

Don't go all private group and forget me guys, eh? :o

It's a free download which allows one to instant message, voice call, video call (unless, like me, you have a slow internet - so I keep my videocam off most of the time), share files, images ....... all sorts of things.

If you download it you may want to make sure that you only allow people in your Contacts list to see various things but it can all be set up fairly easily.
I also changed the default so that it only turns on as & when I'm going to use it (normally it will turn on as soon as the 'puter boots up) but times can either be pre-arranged or we can just jump onto Skype from here if we want to say anything more private.
You can also leave messages for people who are offline to collect when they come online.
    Used carefully, it's very useful.

What sort of floor, lir. Stone, marble, ceramic ............?

Don't worry. I don't think the intention was ever to decamp en masse, rozee. :D
It was just a suggestion as to how people could discuss things in private if they wanted to. As opposed to PM, Skype has the benefit of allowing a group to talk together at the same time.
