£8.20 at Mole Valley Farmers.
Used to be nowt, until our friend changed his job at the feed mill! (split, short-date bags etc.)
Yes, that at mv, but also, i found ours did brilliantly over winter on expensive ex batt pellets.
My chickens do not get fat, howver good my worming regime, however much i feed. It upsets me. I think its because they do exercise A LOT but, i want nice fat chickens. :A
In fact, i would like to buy by the pallet now we have rid the rats if i could pull down the price of a better quality pellet.0 -
Sorted, rang a local wholesaler, who wasn't willing to sell me small amounts, but said he supplied a local farmer by the pallet load. I know him to nod to and he lives less than half a mile from my house, so been to see him and he's kindly agreed to sell me a 20kg bag at a time.
Not sure about the price yet, but it means I don't have to drive very far to get them either.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

Hope it will be hopeful news at the vet.
Blah day here too. Mr Dog often clears off on Fridays, so the dogs kick-off, being caged-up all day. Still, it proves he's doing something to keep 'em quiet when he is here!0 -
