Well, wont be doing much outside today! Wet, wet, wet.

Re eggs, as long as we keep nest boxes clean then eggs are usually clean enough as is, not that we sell them.

Lot of listings finishing tonight, so we'll start packing those selling.

I think fewer people want single beds. Seems to me that many people squeeze four foot six beds in single rooms for various reasons it suits them better.

7 hours of torrential rain here and DD2 says the waves at Bournemouth are "mental."

She's completing a display in a city park theretoday. Don't laugh, but her fine art project involves making clothes for trees, so she's been assisted by some tree surgeons to install these. The installation lasts 3 weeks...or possibly ten minutes with these winds. :rotfl:

I want heating that wprks and just turns on without a slog over to barns for wood because one didn't plan ahead, i want someone to make me a cup of tea when i am tired from running around in fields, i want laundry that does it self ( which is telling as that is my favourite chore ) and i wish the animals could put themselves away.

Most of all i want a warm scented bath and eight hours uninterupted sleep.

ITS BEEN LIKE WALKING ROUND IN THE SHOWER ALL DAY SO FAR !!

seen to my old lady and she has had me in stitches [shes in her 80s]. she said she'd like to do voluntary work, i asked her "in what field" and she said "well theres a lot of lonely old people and if they just wanted to chat"....having discussed variest avenues, she then piped up " off course if i didnt like em, id tell em to F*** off !!" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

i have a lot of interest in my old cig machines
the bed head im not expecting loads for and as a double it should sell....:cool:

ive [with my detective adversary;)] got an old national till to sell but need to make sure i get max for it...

ive been inspecting the garden and my peas,beans etc are out now... the roses are doing SO well. really thick and bushy. my last years pound shop climbers are rocketing too..:D
in fact every thing is doing really well but my soil here is exceptionally good...very little stone and almost black in color. think its donkey years of woodland mulch. i just stick things in the ground [rose stems from bouquets, prunings from shrubs etc] and they all seem to take..infact sometimes i wish they hadnt when i see things sprouting and i panic theres not room for everything but hey ho.....nothings normal here :rotfl::rotfl:

Hammered it down here overnight & blew a gale but since daylight we've only had odd drizzly showers.
Just waiting to see if the Rayburn is sorted. It's been alight for longer than yesterday ....... so fingers crossed.
