hopefully you guys will like this one, last week i bought a Dyson Vacuum, Sel price £189, out of date i may add, charged £289, DTD £200. A bargain i thought at £89. CS forgot to mark the receipt, so i returned it today, full £289 refund, making by my maths a £200 net profit. Well happy and no awkward questions were asked.
:T:T:T:T Not having a receipt signed and then having a refund always used to be called a 'golden'. So well done best golden I have heard of in awhile.0 -

I posted this on old Tesco thread & never got to let you know end result as thread shut. Quick recap. Purchased £99.97 ipod alarm clock marked down to £39.97. Paid £99.97 went to CS who used Who nearly did Dtd refund until a stroppy SA told CS it was a different model to the SEL label (which it wasn't). Accepted refund reluctantly as HO shut for night. Emailed HO next day & they sent me £15 money card & email I could print & take in to purchase item at offer price £39.97(prob wont do that as keeping a low profile)!! Emailed back HO & told them I wasn't happy with this offer. HO told me that was best they could do!!.
Anyway cut a long story short after asking them to show me the policy that says that SA must bully & lie to customers to avoid paying me Dtd they sent me Another £120 money card. Total Received £135.00. Thank you very much Mr T's. Every little helps!!0 -

Check your receipts if you get the large chicken on offer at £2/kg. last night had my shopping delivered and got large chicken labelled £4/kg and charged accordingly. On invoice it said unit price 2.00 but total price charged at £4/kg. a quick call to cs, apologies and full refund, result free chicken! Hth x0

Just got back from shopping and found the JML Pedegg on a clipstrip yellow label price was £4.75 but scanned through checkout at £9.99. Got customer service to check and got DTD of £10.48. Not bad for my first DTD find I don't think.
