I'm not going to comment on your other posted pish, but I had to comment here.

You are a moron. Speeding is a crime you idiot. I would suggest yet again doing a little research before you type absolute !!!!. Speeding is a CRIME under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 section 89.

It seem you do not have a car or never done driving. The speeding is not a criminal offence theft is.

If you get caught in what you are doing, stealing of digital media, you will get a criminal record. It’s no difference to stealing from a shop or place of work.

If you think speeding and stealing are the samething than you need to get your head checked.

Wrong again. "Stealing of digital media" from a shop possibly is a criminal offence, but clearly it's not what you mean. Illegal downloading or making an illegal copy for yourself is not a criminal offence in UK.

Actually speeding is a criminal offence but its a non-recordable criminal offence with some exceptions such as causing death by dangerous driving which are recordable.

Who is SAYING that they are the same?

They can't possibly be the same. One is taking something that isn't yours & the other is driving faster than the law states.

However, if you do both, then they both come under the same umbrella...

    "breaking the law"

So in THAT instance, yes they are the same.

Would you benefit from some diagrams? I'm not sure if text is a bit too advanced for you? We can break it down if you wish? Pretty pictures with nice captions.

EDIT: I see you've still not answered my question.

As i note you like big red bold lettering...

WHAT ARE YOU EVEN HOPING TO ACHEIVE HERE??

There, does that make the question any easier to answer?

I might be a little confused here or it might be we live in different countries but speeding is breaking the law and therefore a crime. That is why the police deal with it.

How its dealt with after the fact is beside the point. And where I live if you don't pay the conditional offer or refuse it when its offered, you get a criminal record and go to court.

Not only that but your accusation of theft which you have libelled against the OP is a load of rubbish. In this country you are innocence until proven guilty.

If we take the law as you seem to see it then the developers of the apps the OP downloaded are also guilty of a "crime", its also theft but is called FRAUD. And lets face it despite what others are saying it does happen in the godsphone app store doesn't it: http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/44500/pokemon-yellow-iphone-massive-scam-apple

So is th Android scene any different? Do they actually allow you refunds? Are they more reliable than Apple for this?

Yes, with Android you get 15 minutes to get a refund, as easy as clicking on a button.

I don't know why thegoodman is talking about piracy (well I do it is because he is clueless), but refunding the application removes the permission to use it, so even if you have the APK you would still need to crack it.

That's perfectly fine. 15 minutes seems a bit short, but at least you know where you stand. Download it, try it out sharpish, see if it works, if not then apply for a refund. Job done, everyone is happy.

On the other hand, stick with Apple, download the app, it doesn't work, hope you'll get a refund, get ignored, no refund, buyer conned again.

Just another plus point for the Samsung Galaxy S3 (i'm waiting on the release of the S3 & the iPhone 5 as i'll likely replace my 3GS with one of them).

I agree. It used to be 24 hours, but that came with its own problems (cheap small games for example could be completed and refunded).
