- 1.5 lb loss for me this week please Fred,
No exercise to report as I am still unwell, in fact have done so little I am beginning to think the weight loss this week is due to loss of muscle.
Only 12 days before my hols. Hoping to lose a few more pounds (and feel better) before I go.

An STS again (13st 3lb), I'm a bit disappointed tbh as I thought I'd done more exercise this week.
Another 7 km as well please so total is 33km.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

It's a 1.5 lb loss for me this week!Pretty pleased with that as I've been STS for most of the week, but the extra effort finally paid off today
. No real exercise to add, although I have been a lot more active over the last few days.

Evening all,
STS this week for me. That's the afternoon tea at the weekend having an effect. Will endeavour to now be 100% on plan, and that might just have a better impact next week.

I've not had as many calories as I wanted today, and it is too late now. Only had 1150 kcal, and I don't want my body to go into defence mode, and keep back some fats, which I believe can happen, if you don't eat enough.
Haha! Well, I didn't wanna put a yucky label on excess fat! I always lose more weight if i eat a lot more and often - obviously better foods than what i did eat but it seems to work for me, so i believe the starvation mode theory!0 -

I am reporting a 2LB loss this week thanks Fred :A
I had a horrible tummy virus over the weekend that knocked me for 10 which means my diet & exercise kinda went out the window. Has taken until today to be able to eat normally again. So I think my body has been holding on to all it can.

Beanie - Glad you had a nice holiday, that pesky champagne tends to keep jumping into my glass too
Stebiz - 1325 calories sounds far too little for someone of your stature, your body is most likely to go straight to starvation mode with so few calories. Be careful and check some of the advice from the 1st page re: BMR and reduced calorie diets. I'd hate you to loose Muscle rather than fat.
Franby - some times when you up your exercise it takes 2 weeks before it shows up in your loss so fingers crossed for next week
Frodo - I have never tried Boot camp either ( I guess I am a chicken) :rotfl:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
