    HI,

    - 1lb loss for me this week, - slowly slowly catchy monkey ( whatever that means) ALthough not much exercise. 1.5 miles tonight after work, and 20 mins wii fit, plus 40 mins wii fit Sunday evening. It was too warm to go the gym tonight afterwork, well that is my excuse.:rotfl:

    hi all, im back!

    I have quit smoking for nearly 6 weeks now and so i am back on the weight loss wagon now. Although quitting smoking has affected my waistline and not in a good way.

    Fred will pm you my new starting weight as any loss i did have, i havent got anymore.

    The all important message from the Queen has arrived and lots of family are down today to see him so should be a good get together this afternoon.
