    Did my swim on Thursday so another 3 km please (36km).
    I haven't done any measurable exercise since just a fair bit of mowing and gardening. It's too hot to do much, excuses, excuses!

    Love this thread. Thanks alliwantistosave, in relation to far few calories. I have upped them to keep under 2000

    I am pleased to say that I have lost an additional 5 Ibs this week. So I have lost 8 Ibs in 8 days. Not the stone I was hoping for. But maybe that was unrealstic.

    So now weighing in at 18"6"
