Hi all
Thanks for the chart Fred, well done Lissarria for SOTM and Stebiz for SOTW. :T
Count me in for the 5lb challenge and the highest football stadium please Fred, and I'd like to be in the red card team.
Well, finished one bedroom today and started the other - still putting off the downstairs loo! All this work is so that we can put the house on the market as we've decided we're moving to Devon!I'm a bit worried that by the time the house is all tarted up, we won't want to move out. :rotfl:
What have you all got planned for the bank holiday weekend? There's lots going on round us, it will be great if the weather behaves.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for sorting the charts Fred :A Can you please put me down for the 5 lb a month challenge, the whistle team, and the footie challenge
I'm really looking forward to this month as my exam is on the 11th - really dreading it, but will be so pleased when it's out of the way as it's been stressing me out for months! There's also lots of celebrating, football, and a weekend away at the end of the month :j Feeling positive about the diet and hoping to exercise a bit more. I've been struggling lately as I've been ill over the last couple of weeks, and have been feeling really tired and drained, but I'll top myself up with energy drinks until I feel better - not the healthiest approach, I know.
I've lost 1.5 lbs for the last two weeks so I'm hoping to carry that on and lose 6 lbs this month. Not likely given my track record, lol, but hopefully my new found motivation is here to stay0 -
Hi Fred,
I am away for two weeks next month so won't take part in any of the challenges.

hey all, hope your well.
i'm back now, well i was back last saturday but went to weigh myself today and ive lost 4lb! so i am deffo back yay!
the thing is i have exercised the whole time doing between 2-4 hours of exercise, but i have been eating badly, loads of junk and takeaways, as i live by myself a take away lasts me 2 or 3 meals, so i was suprised when i went on the scales to find myself at the same weight, im thinking i may have lost inches as my clothes are fitting better and have been getting loads of compliments about looking slimmer lol.
incase your confused, i have stayed the same weight as when i stopped the challenge last saturday, today i have lost a further 4lbs, will update sig.
also, i had to run to catch up with a colleague the other day and i wasnt really out of breath running which im really pleased as i short burst of running like that i would normally be way out of breath, guesss the zumba really is working.
post soon xLose 28lb 3/28lb

Anyone taking part in the exercise challenge can log stair climbs and/or distance. If you log exercise that you can't measure I will attempt to convert it for you - and we'll see how many times we can climb up to this stadium.:j:j:j0

So 3 1/2 lbs off for me this week :j :j :j
Brilliant result Beanie, well done! What did you do different?
Fred - can you record -1lb for me please.
Funny you should mention stair climbing, after 40 months of living in a caravan, that's one thing I haven't been doing for a while, but I have to now I'm back home again - takes a bit of getting used to!
Decorating is moving on apace - downstairs loo is almost done, there's one small section left to do, but I ran out of paper - grrr! All that's left now is the smallest bedroom and the hall, stairs and landing. The bedroom only needs a bit of a spruce up, nothing major, but the hall etc will be a major project.
Hope you're all enjoying the holiday weekend.
