Frodo~What are gymophobics?
Its a womens only gym with 10 pieces of equipment, and you spend 3 minutes on each, so workout done in half an hour. It uses resistance exercises which are meant to tone more effectively and help with weight loss. We will see lol!:oDFW Nerd 1394.

As I didn't record anything a week ago, that's - 0.2 kg on a fortnight ago.
Actually I was so disgusted a week ago, I had bounced up to 68.2 kg and I really didn't want to broadcast the fact. I was so disillusioned and disenchanted, I wanted to crawl into a hole.
