Lolly - not sure how to change Food Focus settings - I usually just go to 120% so that I can see it properly.
ThanksZooming to 120 is a good idea, I think I'll do that when I'm on the site. TBH, I'm finding it a bit fiddly and time consuming already, so may end up going back to my trusty notepad and pen, lol.
Well it's a 2 lb gain for me this week. Not getting anywhere fast. Quite fed up with it all at the moment. Best go and get some work done while the boys are out then will have a big exercise session later. Found my old Lateral thigh trainer (was 99p on ebay :money:) when having a clearout a few days ago so I'm adding 10 mins on that into my routine. It's a killer, but that's a good sign, right? lol.

I'm not going to give up anything for lent. Instead i'm going to try and work on my inner being.
I've had an awful food day today. I went to carluccio's and now i'm scoffing a bag of giant buttons. May as well write this day off! Still, yoga tomorrow!0 -
Thanks

Congratulations to our SoTW Cabby :j:j:T:T
Well done to all our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - next week is a new start you can do it.
Here's this weeks chart for our romantic trip to Paris:
Well done to everyone taking part - let's see if the total of all our exercise miles for this month will get us to Paris as a team. I'll note any miles done on cycles, running machines etc and will convert DVDs/exercise classes into miles depending on how strenuous they are - eg Insanity can be 5 miles, boot camp 3 miles, tai chi 2 miles.
Here's this weeks Oscar challenge - congratulations to team Brad Pitt who've won this week. Will George Clooney overtake on the final week to win the challenge?

Does anyone remember the protein powder that Eric used to recommend? Or does anyone have a protein powder that they recommend?
According to My Fitness Pal my protein intake is really low, and my fat and carb intake are about equal with each other  So I want to reduse the fat and carbs, and introduce more protein into my diet, and since I don't eat much meat I thought protein powder might be a good option...0 -
Yoga was really good today, felt lovely afterwards! I shall be going back if i can more regularly to that!
i had a mcdonalds today, so its turning into a bad two days!!0 -
Lolly - I found that it was fiddly at first - but I used the create meals and favourites functions to log the meals / food I eat most often. Now it is really quick.
That sounds like quite a helpful feature. Think I need to persist with it a little longer and see if I get used to itworld_of_tights wrote: »Does anyone remember the protein powder that Eric used to recommend? Or does anyone have a protein powder that they recommend?

I'm sure it was Myprotein...
Yep, just searched back and found a link that Eric posted... http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/impact_whey_protein
I've got a tub of protein powder (choc flavour), it's actually really tasty. I used to use it to make smoothies - a smoothie on its own would never have filled me but if you add a couple of scoops of protein powder it will fill you until lunch, it's also pretty low on cals
