I'm going to give up the malteser bunnies. On the slimming world plan, they are 8 syns each and are gone in a couple of mouthfuls.

I will also try to give up chocolate bars in general but will allow myself the occasional treat sized bar :o

I was going to give up spending money on non essentials but I know if there is a kindle deal of the day that I like then I will end up buying it....
  • I'm down -2.2lbs this week - thanks, Fred.

Can't really do much exercise at the moment as I seem to have injured myself. I was doing the c25k last Wednesday and I got a really bad stitch on the first run, that didn't go away throughout the rest of the session. And it still hasn't gone away a week later. When I'm just sitting down or standing up it isn't that bad, but when I walk, especially downhill, it is excruciating pain in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen - like a really bad stitch. I was pretty worried that I was dying, but the doctor reckons it's muscular. Although I'm to go straight back if I start to feel sick at all.

Hope everyone else is doing well :)

An annoying STS for me this week Fred.

Could you also add another 1 hour bootcamp and 2 miles to the challenge for me. Thanks.

Back on food focus so hopefully weight begins to move in the right direction soon.

Lolly - not sure how to change Food Focus settings - I usually just go to 120% so that I can see it properly.

Matryoshka - don't usually give up anything for Lent, but I am finding cakes and puddings creaping back in so think I will try to give these up.

Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone.

Well after not weighing myself for a month, i have got on the scales this morning to find i weigh 16.6. So all the hard work i did last year has nearly all vanished.
So far today i have had 2 weetabix for breakfast, and a tin of tomato soup and 1 slice of wholemeal bread for lunch. Dinner will be jacket potato with beans and cottage cheese.

    Hi

Another 2lb gone today so now 13st 4lb. I'd love to get back into the 12s so that's my first target.

Exercise has been dire again - 1 x DVD and 1 walk to town and back so 3 miles for this week please Fredsnail.

Hope everybody has had a really good week.
