Another STS today please Fred (13st 4lb) and another 4 km to add to my marathon effort:o (17km - am I halfway?).

Not quite - a couple of miles to go as you've done 10.5 miles.

Final chart will go up next week so you've a few days left.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning, so could you put me down for a STS this week please Fred.

Went away camping last weekend and did lots of walking. Also forgot to add last weeks, so about 12 miles to add to the challenge.

Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone. :)
  • its a loss of-2lbsfor me fred thanks.

    Here's this weeks chart:

Congrats to our SoTW Catalogue Queen, Lissarria, and Sarymclary.

Well done to all our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal so just keep focus for next week. :T

    Here's this weeks marathon chart:

    marathon25April.jpg

Any distances posted until Monday will be added with the final chart being posted next week.

Next months challenge sees the return of the Eurovision Pub Crawl - do you have what it takes to crawl our way across the capital cities of the countries taking part in the Eurovision - we start at Reykjavik and end in Brussels covering 17,969 miles and 43 cities. Each real life mile on our route is converted to 1000th and you log your distances and see where you end up. If you complete 17.969 miles of challege you will have completed 1 circuit and will start the second circuit.

Here's the final Team challenge chart for this month:

Congrats to the Easter Bunnies for winning this month :j

Next months team challenge will be a Siblings challenge - teams will be 0 siblings, 1 sibling, 2 or more siblings.

Congratulations to Beanie and lissarria for achieving the 5lb challenge this month.

If you want to sign up for any of the challenges next month, please post which challenge you want to sign up to (5lb, team or Eurovision pub crawl) and if you are taking part in the team challenge please post which team you wish to join.

Hi. I Think i will have a go at all the challenges this month. 2+ siblings group please (I have 2 sisters).

Still a little unsure how the exercise challenge works but I am hoping it will motivate me to do a bit more on the Wii (since coming back from holiday i have been very lax with it) I normally do Wii Fit but several different things (rhythm boxing, parade, hula hoop, jogging, yoga etc) gives a bit more variety. So do i just need to post what i do and how long and then you will convert it? LOL i appear to have a simple mind regarding this

Also well done catalogue queen and sary for SOTW!

I will try and log tonights weigh in tomorrow :)

    Hi all

Fred - thanks for the chart this week, and well done to the SOTWs.

I feel like I let down my team members for April, sorry about that. I'd like to do all the challenges in May please Fred, can you put me down for the 2+ siblings - I have 3 sisters and a brother. I'm intrigued about the Eurovision pub crawl but need to read back to find out more about it - I think I'll do that, but might change my mind!

I really need to start some regular activities - my back is playing me up this morning and I think it's because I'm not doing enough exercise. This afternoon - weather permitting - I'm going to get my boots on and go out for a walk. We're camped near a lake, and it's lovely to walk round it. A few years ago* I used to cycle round it on a regular basis and got really fit.

Hope everyone is managing to stay dry and doing ok.

    LL :)

*I just worked it out, and it was actually 10 years ago...!

  • Hi Fredsnail, sorry for not keeping you up to date, but I put 9 1/2lb on during my 6 weeks away.

This means my total weight loss to date now stands at 15lb (although I really wish it was 24 1/2lb lol!).

Could you put me down for the 5lb challange next month and also I have 2 siblings so can I join that group please?

Not sure what the exercise challange is but pretty sure I will join that too.

Many thanks Fredsnail for all your hard work on our behalf, your a Star.:T:T
