This weeks quote is by Thomas D. Willhite
"Take control now. Forget about the negative thoughts which others have told you - that you are too old or too young. Stop letting the thoughts of others rule your life; stop being weak and cowardly, blaming your lack of progress on those negative programs. If you begin now and become a do-er, you will have earned your right to remain here."

Thanks! And well done everyone no gains is great!

I have weigh in again tonight and hoping for -3lb but so long as a loss it's good! (If i manage 3lb i will get my 1 1/2 stone award) total loss so far is 18lb (noticed figure not on chart).

Also this may be a silly question but i was wondering how your exercise challange works? Most of mine is done on the wii when kids finally in bed so i guess not really compatible but still curious :D

    Hiya

Fred - thanks for the chart, great as usual.

Well done for SOTW Lissarria - you're doing amazingly well, I'm considering going back to SW! :T

Well done to everyone this week, no gains is brilliant.

I'm off to linedancing this afternoon and will try to do 2 hours, however I've got a painful knee at the moment so it may be less. I will also have walked 4km by the end of the day.

    Have a good week.

Sorry for some reason the formula didn't copy down when I set you up - have changed it now.

We log distances travel - but as many people do classes or wii etc so they log those and I estimate a rough equivalent distance for them.

Occy how do you find Bodypump. I am tempted to have a go, but those weights look so heavy!

I am tempted to say I take the first left pass the office and its on the right :rotfl:

but seriously try it, weights are not a problem the bar starts at 2.5kg and you add more weight as you feel comfortable. Personally I find the shoulder track the hardest, not sure if I just have weak shoulders but even that I lift 6kg, sometimes not all the reps.

With sets of exercises 6 - 7 minutes with a break to adjust your bar between tracks it flys by. If the instructor is good they should offer hints on bar set up for each track to suit you and the benefit is gained not by how much you lift but by the reps you do.
