I am thinking of trying that one Tupperware Queen. My balance is awful - still cant stand on one leg during the cool down after Bodypump without holding onto the wall. Let me know what you think of it.
.
You should give it a go, I loved it - I have next to no balance or co-ordination, but really enjoyed it. Considering they were all yoga based moves, and very slow and steady, I was sweating at the end and my legs were burning!! I was surprised that I could keep up, and there was only one bit I wimped out on! The instructor said she thought I'd done really well, so that made me feel happy :-)
