    Hi all

Another 1lb gain for me this week - but with the way my head feels i think most of that is probably currently blocking my sinsuses (sp?).

I am planning to go swimming after work (if i can breathe!)

    Hope others are feeling better.....

  • Vixarooni, it sounds as though you had a great time, and I bet they were glad of your help - I have a friend who runs a rabbit rescue and I know she is always glad to have a hand with the messy jobs!

Beanielou - your comment reminds me of when I was at school (many moons ago) when the brand of crisps 'hedgehog' came out - how many of us thought they were hedgehog flavoured!! teehee

Leictina - hope you feel better soon, if you have had sinus problems for more than a few days just be careful not to take too many decongestants - they can actually make the problem worse if taken for more than 2-3 days at a time. Have you tried steaming with a blob of vicks in the bowl? I find this the best solution.

I am off to the gym today to try a Body Balance session - never tried it before, so we'll see how it goes!!

I am thinking of trying that one Tupperware Queen. My balance is awful - still cant stand on one leg during the cool down after Bodypump without holding onto the wall. Let me know what you think of it.

Pleased to report a 2lb loss this week :j Probably all water due to the fast on Mon, so we will have to wait and see whether it stays off.

1 hour Bodypump and 1 hour Spin to add to the challenge please Fred.
  • Disappointing STS for me this week, I've not done anything different, still dieted and exercised but body obviously does not agree! At least I've lost 5lbs this month.

    Better luck next time....

When i was younger i always used to say that if i ever won the lottery i would open a pigeon sanctuary. I used to hate - and still do- the bad rep they have, and i hate seeing them with poorly legs!

I'm thinking about taking up yoga alongside belly dancing (when my parents come up north with my trainers!!) I really need to strengthen up, i had to squat over the toilet yesterday to wee and golly gosh, it was tough at the end!!!!

Nicky noo na: I know a lot of people have a bit of a plateau, i bet next eek you'll see a loss again!

Vix, when I went to yoga everyone did it barefoot, so maybe you wont have to wait.

    Hey Guys,

1 lb loss for me this week :) Still feeling pretty rough, and can't seem to stop eating! Was going to have a fast day, but it's gone to pot already so will try again tomorrow if I feel better. Think I'll just try and keep my cals below 1500 today and will try and get a bit of exercise done later if I feel up to it.

+2lbs since last Wednesday. I have been indoors moreless apart from one difficult walk to the local shop. My foot is still sore amongst other health problems, so feel defeated for now. Anyway, I have been using the indoor bike but it isn't really taxing.

Hoping that by tomorrow the rain and wind stops, so that I can motivate myself to try lightly pedalling the outdoor bike, as this may be more manageable/effective than walking.

    Good luck.
