    I'm not too bothered about my stones or lbs, but i think having a loss of 1.5 lbs is better than just one! Its good for positivity i'd say.

  • well done all those who have lost this week....I am just 0.1 kg less than last week and feeling a bit cheesed off, cos I could lose that with a big wee!!! :-(
