Hi Guys,
Feeling very pleased with myself today, lol. Ended up going over by about 100 cals yesterday as I had a banging carb withdrawal headache, so scoffed a couple of breakfast biscuits to ease it, lol, but other than that I did pretty well. Treated myself to a spaghetti carbonara meal today (something I would NEVER eat before!), it's a one off, but it's nice to know that I can eat things like that every now and again without feeling guilty.Eating normally otherwise, which is great.
I'm doing it again on Sunday now rather than Mon - actually looking forward to it! How weird!
I'm now off for a bike, weights, and power plate session - about time I got on with it!0 -

Hi everyone,
Just back from a few days away to celebrate DD's 30th birthday so thought I would pop in - will try to catch up with the thread later.
Did not manage to weigh myself while away, but I can tell that I have gained A LOT
Fred, will you put me down for the ski challenge (50 km) I have just rung the gym to book in my classes for next week - need to get myself moving again. I will also try for the 5lb challenge and the 1 resolution team. My resolution is to learn Ballroom Dancing - hope to start Tues.
I am also going to try to give up wheat, but decided not to count this as a resolution as I am going to do a 30 day trial to see how I cope. My 30 days will begin on Monday 7th.0
