Vickthestick ... Corned beef sandwiches ? Yuk you poor thing !
So a good night out , bit of a sore head - spent grand total of £14.50 & decided to save £3.00 taxi fare and walked home (well lit & quiet little town so not an issue :) ) I had a great time and was nice to switch off for a couple of hours.
I think I have just about "tweaked" enough to cover everything next month including full loan payment so, barring any emergencies , should be ok. I can't believe I never understood before how saving £2 here & £7 there etc, etc really makes so much difference !
Made soup (huge amounts) for warming up after football so just need a crusty loaf & should do nicely - cheap lunch. Then, hopefully, a peaceful weekend but we will see!
Need to work on meal planner - so far it looks like this :
    Monday : food
    Tuesday : food
    Wednesday : food
    Might need some work !!!!
Enjoy your mornings - more ramblings later :)

It so does! I have you looked at the 'Payment a day' challenge yet? I usually just round down the pence to the nearest pound or so and pay that by online transfer to my CC. You don't even notice the small amounts. I have paid loads more off this way, although the last month has been hampered my lots of car repairs so I've got a bit off track.

    Hi Coco,
I've just read your diary from beginging to end and I have to say, I take my hat off to you. You've been having a right royal time of it and I think you are coping remarkably well!

Reading about your ex and the falling asleep on the sofa had tears rolling down my face as I imagined you hovering away around him.

I'd just like to add I'm a recovering 'ex-ironer' and have gone cold turkey now for three months. Even my mother hasn't ironed for 15 years and that's just not right in my mind. But I'm determined to become one of the crumpled masses and my next step is to actually put the iron and board AWAY PERMANENTLY.

Sorry got to go and lie down again, breaking out into a cold sweat just thinking about it.....

Keep posting, I'll be following your journey.

    Hi Caltha :)
Ahh I feel bad cos he is a nice bloke really , just a little odd with priorities sometimes !!
But glad it gave you a laugh ! I laughed till I cried too :)
Have just checked my bank & it's worse than I thought ! I have £105 to last me 10 days including petrol , about £30. It is now imperative that I sort this bloody eBay stuff out !!
Tried to verify my paypal account but forgot user & password , click send reminder & it keeps saying I need to reset my password ...... Stuck in a loop ...... Arrggh !
Might do this at work tomorrow - be easier than on my phone !!!
I have already got 3 or 4 bits ready so need to sort this ASAP !!!
( yes Hovel Lady I know you are watching me :) )
In fact , I might sell my iron , Ha Ha :)

I'm having similar problems. I had loads listed last week, had the week off, my boss said to change my email address to my home one and now loads of stuff has sold, people have paid and the money isn't getting through. Can't change it till I get into work tomorrow. Arghhhhh....!!!
