Welcome KM , that's 4 hours of your life wasted reading my ramblings!
Well, finally, I am done :T Full on day and have been awake since 6am so flagging a little now! Luckily for me, I had £100 more in the bank than I thought .... Been checking every day but for some reason I had a different figure in my head - so £100 up :j But , have overspent on Christmas a little so it evens out! I am not looking forward to prepping the turkey ...... May bribe eldest to do it
Quick coffee with family in the morning then pop into town for an hour , only a couple of bits to get so not too worried about it. Then home to cook ham & blitz the housework the Christmas films and open the sweetsWill it ever stop raining !!
Already have £12 in my £2 coin pot, £15 in my change pot and £2 on my Mr T savung stamps so nearly £30 towards next years Christmas already
Right off for a glass of Christmas cheer  Drive carefully for those venturing out xThe final chapter - £4893 to go out of £30K0 -

Brilliant Coco. Have a wonderful Xmas and a prosperous fun-filled new year :beer:It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Wow, Coco! Have read your diary from beginning to end since Monday. (Not all in one go obviously
). What a journey from where you were at the beginning. A thread filled with challenges, but also some real determination.
Well done you, very inspiring. I'm just at the beginning of my debt free journey so in the terrifying moments I take heart from the fact that others can do it.
Merry Christmas x0 -
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas?
We have had a lovely couple of days. Lots of catching up with family/friends and too much to eat!! I was laughing last night as eldest staring into the fridge saying "there nothing to eat in here" apart from cold turkey, ham, cheeses , pate, bacon, sausages etc etc..., never happy these kids
I need to do some housework today - this place is grubby!!! Also need to get a couple of bits from the shop and may see if there are any :money: bargains to be had!
Need to make a list of stuff to do in January. I detest January and usually sit around feeling miserable. I don't do resolutions but I do want a to do list to keep me busy and focus on. Jobs to do around house but also jobs for me. Read my Christmas book, sort out make up, clothes declutter, iPod playlists etc etc. I intend to get to the end of January with an organised home & me. I don't have any money so I need something to keep me busy :rotfl:
Another 6 days off.... Lovely! Actually managed to stay in bed until 8am this morning!! Bonus!
It's been nice to have no post or phones ringing for two days but it's back to reality today. Never mind I refuse to get the January blues. We had a lovely Christmas , boys happy, friends & family ok, it's all looking good
One more cuppa ..... XThe final chapter - £4893 to go out of £30K0 -
Hi Coco
I have just spent a few days reading your diary - today is my birthday and I told DH that before I watch my Miranda box set I have to check my emails!! 3 hrs later and I have just finished your diary.
You are such a strong woman who has come through so much - I just hope you can get your house sorted and then deal with all your debts.
Will subscribe!!0 -
Happy Birthday Eager Elephant :j
I just logged on while having a cuppa and saw your lovely post
Been to Mr T - got a big joint of pork and one of beef for a total of £12 - each will do us 2 or 3 meals so well pleased with that! Spent £4 on myself  A really cute set of notebooks (my spending diary, to do list and a spare one) and a bright pink nail polish.
Then popped to B**ts, they had two really nice make up gift sets that I wanted , 1/2 price £11 for both, and I used my points to pay so no £££ ... I have properly spoilt myself today ! I have a new book for Christmas so once I have blitzed here (and only the ) I might start that later.
Happy Day after Boxing Day to you allThe final chapter - £4893 to go out of £30K0 -
So this is my last lazy day !!!
I lay in till 8 (though was awake at 7) And have watched a film alreadyMay get dressed shortly ..... May cook a roast later ..... May do dishes ........ That's about it though !
Need to get car cleaned tomorrow , do some running around and sort some money stuff. Also will clean through again and change beds etc. but as I have the luxury of 3 more days off today will be a proper day of rest :T
Haven't decided about New Years Eve yet - I normally hate it. May do something completely different like go for a run!
Hope everyone is well and enjoying a lazy day .....The final chapter - £4893 to go out of £30K0
