Got repayment to mum now at 20% - going the right way!! Tackle one extra debt at a time (even thou included it in the total repayment) but it keeps me on track.

set up couple payments for weekend - then be skint!! Hey whats new....

Everything went ok - as mum had an op on her hand today, apparently she was in the room for 6 mins - they told her she might have to stay in, she left home at 3, (get there for 4pm) rang at 7 and said were at McDonalds, come and join us!!

Took DD to Pizza Hut - happy hr £6 each - added icecream bowl for £1 each - worked out would have been £32 if we had off main menu, Nice treat.

Dentist today - my dentist has taken early retirement, - new dentist - thought here we go stuck as he is an NHS one - wow was not the word - he was lovely, early 20s, so gentle, really brought the pratice into the 21st century......

DD - Got away with a check up and a lecture to clean her teeth (what do i say every day!!)

Me - Check up, xray... and 2 follow on appointments for 3 extractions - apparently he can do 2 in one go but the 3rd has root filling so is apparently complicated - so 2 dentist visits in Nov (thou have to say he is eye candy!!) xx

managed some more money off the debts so going in right direction, had car MOT'd just needed a centre exhaust - apparently it was close to falling off (whoops!!!) but bank of dad lent me the money £130 - give it him back over next 2 mths.

DD bday - all presents sorted, shes having notebook off mum, dad and me as her main prezzie, a mini pop up greenhouse and brought some things for that, and few odds and sods.

Christmas wise - need to get bottle beer, 4 cans guiness, and some mini wines then that is everyones presents done,

That just leaves, DD, mum and Dad - got mum and dad sorted from DD. which gives me 3 mths - do-able.

Then Jan really need to start looking at budget again =, its coming in, going out, debts payments covered - just other bits. get there.

Off to bed.... late one put washing on and forgot to do quick wash - theres nowt planned for 2mor - had DD off school with bad and chesty cough today - up most of last ngt with her, she 50% better - back to school 2mor. xx

Another month has gone by, we had DD's bday, shes 11, wheres my little baby gone......
We were away up in Wales for the weekend, very mse as took some cash although got DD card didn't want to use it, cae back with 60p.. every purchase was thought about.
Even got a few bits for Christmas, DDs bday great me, her, mum and dad, out for lunch, took her to the fun fair, then dad went back with her after dinner, she def got her moneys worth. Take-away for tea...

Head down now - been and got DDs xmas prezzies - having laptop joint present from me,mum and dad - reduced and got extra 10% off - just few little bits to open, all be sorted.

Updated debt front and at mo debt free date Feb 2021.. (boo) but things can change, and when I can free up some more money all change, theres nothing I can do at the mo.

So pleased I love Agatha Chrisite plays - this yr 60th anniversary of the Mousetrap - got a ticket so plzed thats my xmas treat to myself.

brought 2 diarys next yr 1 for me bag then the other be for money - give me chance to get a bit more organsied, as well as keeping spreadsheet upto date!

Had a brainwave - when I had car fixed last yr it was £360 dad pd, and so far I've only given him £170 - 50% but as now has the car - he got it very cheap, he hasn't mentioned any more that I still owe him car repairs so its slipped off my debts at the mo!!

Had some bad new tonight, found out that one of my dads close friends had passed away, the bloke only lost his wife in Mar, dad had worked with him for over 40 yrs, known the family 55yrs..... rang the furneral directors as we saw it in the paper - it said no donations, family flowers only, husband to xx who passed away, loving father to xx (only 1 child named) yet they have 2 (their in their 50s.. both at home) I guess that should have rang alarm bells, - more details contact the furneral director - rang them - apparently there is a message - no details are to be given - private family ocassion....
Just seems odd to me

Just paid wack of this months bills feels good to be so organised, but cant take all the credit, (get paid 4 weekly some incomes, 2weekly other) so just happened to be the biggest was early this month so pay now and its done.

Next plan is pay dad back for car mot £129 next expense is car insurance.... shop around anyhow but have feelng be a new company as changed cars in Jan and the policy shot up by 1/3rd... that end of Nov.

So Oct and Nov - be money for car ins, and rest of xmas...... glad started n sales in Jan - most of it done, just rest of DD, mum and dad left to do.

Off to see secondary school with DD 2ngt - def feel old!!

Feels so odd writing this entry, usually babbling on about a bargain, or money that has been spent on bills, etc, but I lost a good friend yesterday, a special lady who I met through the MSE thread, who took me and DD under her wing, Taxi73, unfortunatly she lost her battle with cancer.
She was a lady in a million a lady that was true to herself, had a heart of gold and wil be sorely missed.

She has been a great support for me over the years not just during my diaries, but a few yrs ago I was in Blackpool with DD, we met Taxi and her Grandson what was going to be a coffee so the kids could have a new friend, turned into a week of fun, visiting places, meeting some of her family, a true once in a lifetime lady.

RIP xx
