Extra Mature Welsh Cheddar 400g - £1.99 at Lidl0

Tesco have a lot of cheese on B2G1F from tomorrow. There is also a coupon for £1.00 off when you spend £4.00 on cheese in the new price drop leaflet available in store and to print following the instructions provided by cosmic-dust here.
265g packs of Dutch Gouda are £2.00 each, so buy 3 of these and you'll pay £3.00 after using the coupon. That works out at £3.78 per kilo.

This would make 2 pilgrims choice with two 30p coupons and £1 off £4 coupon just £2.92. Thanks for this thought0 -

The Pilgrims Choice is no longer on offer, so the deal won't work as you describe. Still the coupon makes all sorts of cheeses very good value at Tesco.
For example the 500g blocks of Tesco mature cheddar are 2 for £5.50, so with the coupon you get a kilo for £4.50.

Cathedral City is BOGOF at Tesco @ £3.98.
Put 2 through and buy say a mozzerella (or similar) for 49p Total £4.47 and use 2 x £1 coupons from Tesco leaflet and pay just £2.47.
It shows over £8 (£8.45) before multi-buy, so 2 x £1 coupons can be used and it works.

Do bear in mind, the Cathedral City Mature Cheddar offer in Tesco's is only for a 350g pack at £5.69/Kg.
Might also be worth checking in Iceland as they were selling 1kg of mature cheddar for £5. Not sure if this offer is still on though, and not sure what it's like either.0 -

Lynsey has posted a deal where you get 700g of Cathedral City Mature for £2.47. That's £3.53 per kilo. Plus you get some free Mozzarella.
