£15 to both the OP Pot and the EF, some more pennies stoozed and some eBay parcels dispatched.
Now all I have to do is survive tonight's icy driving lesson and I'll be laughing :T0 -
Received a very generous £50 Christmas cheque from grandparents - £12.50 into both the OP Pot and the EF and £25 to spend
I think they'd be pleased to know that I'm putting some of it to good use?

It's ok HDK - 50% went to good (financial) causes and I kept the other 50%
All work and no play makes Edinburgher a dull boy!
£15 payments to the OP Pot and the EF again today and I had a cracking driving lesson last night. I started off with turns in the road and instructor said "that's one of the most controlled turns in the road I've seen in months". Boasting over, I have work to do0 -

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Thanks for that GG
I have been well behaved on the MFW front today - got £120 (FD switching bonus and a Christmas present) and am saving half, keeping half. £30 into both the OP Pot and the EF.
Work was absolutely nuts - the end of another hectic reporting week. Thankfully it's all downhill from here in terms of business and I can start to relax again. :T0 -
Well done for your excellent turn in the road Ed
Saving half, keeping half of things sounds good too0 -
Another £15 paid to both the OP Pot and the EF, with some more pennies stoozed.
I have been a little spendy the last week or two, but it's genuinely scary how easy it is to spend money in the UK! I could try moving to the countryside, but then I'd only end up spending all my money on petrol and internet shopping :rotfl:
An hour left at work and it's our Christmas lunch tomorrow, so I can get drunk and tell everyone off without it being socially unacceptable0 -
So... now that you've done your controlled turn in the road... erm... you'll be able to change your mind on the direction you are driving in!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0

I'm not sure if you're joking or delivering a profound life lesson there MRN
£15 payment to both the OP Pot and the EF, now I just need to survive the work lunch and get home for a snooze. Not the biggest fan of the cold at present.0
