Note to self - any glitch in future on Weight Watchers meals, leave well alone! Thankfully just finished the last 2 out of the freezer OMG they are rank:eek: how they justify charging nearly £2 each for half a potato,a slice of carrot and the "meat" from half a chicken wing in some gloopy sauce:eek: gag. How they are supposed to be a whole meal is beyond me, they wouldn't fill up a baby mouse.
I paid £1 for 8 after using a £3 coupon and I feel ripped off.:D:D
That's one glitch I didn't even bother checking out when i was already in T's....let alone make a special trip.
I wouldn't have eaten it even if they were paying me to....and I reckon Purdy would have turned her nose up at it too :rotfl:My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Evening all!
Have been off to Cirenc3st3r, totally forgot my 'phone with my list on! Mind you I got some fantastic bargains in several charity shops (I LOVE charity shops), so very pleased!
Couple of decent-ish chilled and veg whoopsies in Cirenc3st3r and Sw1nd0n respectively. Found Hannah Montana guitar/keyboard keyrings for 75p but didn't purchase so no b/c I'm afraid.
How is everyone?
I think of ice cream, there's a carte d'or one called something like stacatello..........
I never go in charity shops....don't know why as I'm happy to buy stuff on ebay. Think that perhaps I ought to have a proper nosey when I'm in town, but I always think they look expensive compared to car boots etc. £2.50 for a book which would be 50p at a car boot....or free in my case 'cos I borrow them from the library
So come on spill the beans....what did you get?
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong shops!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

I've been tescoing for many many years now and do very well out of it, yet I've never had a ban, never been warned, never had clubcard points removed, and have only felt the need to call HO once in all that time. That was recently and was more to do with the snotty attitude of the CS lady and compliance manager than the actual refusal of the refund. If they'd actually been nice about it, I'd have just left it and gone to another store for the refund instead.
I think picking your battles is just as important when tescoing as any particular glitch or voucher.
Watch me get a store ban tomorrow for being a clever clogs!:D:D
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -
Please can someone direct me to the Comfort voucher. I have hunted on this thread and the discount codes thread and cant find it! All I can find is everyone saying that they are using them!!
Thank you.0 -

And as for the fish pie well couldn't even finish it. Was awful with little lumps of fish & carrot:eek: in watery white "sauce" Won't buy them again even if 1p. I suppose they are designed to put you off eating altogether hence losing the weight. Just makes me want to pig out on something else.:(

I got the chicken hotpot:eek::eek: chicken curry:eek: and lasagne:eek: all gross. You are right if all food was like that you would starve!!That's one glitch I didn't even bother checking out when i was already in T's....let alone make a special trip.

My cat Bertie wasn't interested in the WW meals at all and he does like to clean my plates, saves washing them up doesn't it!;)
He has just pinched the stick from my Magnum off my plate,he has expensive (half price) taste!:rotfl:Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
Hi midwinter I have been through a similar scenario of teaching mum how to use dads pc sibce he sadly passed away in October 2010. as u say the pc was dads domain so mum didn't have a clue she an now log onto bank account and read emails -replying to them is the next challenge
ali r, it's a slow process, but we'll get there with them! Not sure why my Mum won't sign up for lessons too, via say, the library. The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
