A Lent diet is a good idea. I will add that to my notes. When are you going to tell us what sort of diet you are following so successfully?I have this image of you in the real world : 5ft 2: You are a whirlwind of a woman, racing around.. That's the woman next to me :rotfl:In reality, I am 5'5" a dirty blonde [not ash, not honey but boring blond] I am told I can be elegant, but most the time I'm in clothes suitable for riding a horse. And obviously, due to circumstances and food I am a way off eight and half stone. I reckon I need to lose a stone to a stone and a half to feel more like me.Ooo where in WA are you going to as that is where I'm from (well where we emigrated too)?

Here I am, back yet again. Didn't get to post yesterday as it was an early start at work and then DS3 turned up with pizza :j err I'm sure it was diet pizza
My hips and knees still hurt. I've bought some tablets for mobility, but I'm beginning to think I might need to make an appointment at the doctor. I can barely walk at times.
Work was filled with folk moaning about each other, not a happy place. Luckily, it so busy I don't have to listen there is always something to do [as long as it doesn't involve bending down to pick up stuff I'm okay :rotfl:]
The Captain is still bunched up but still happily moving even if it is a bit wonky. I'll free school him to day and see how he goes when he's warmed up.
Piq's fat drop:
As mentioned earlier a pizza arrived. As it was not of my doing, everyone knows it was calorie free, in the same way eating off someone else's plate is. There is pizza leftover for today's lunch. I cannot throw it away as I don't waste food and it was yummy!
In the spirit of using up leftovers, or recycling, I'm not sure which. I ate the two cookies that were in the tin, pecan and maple syrup, homemade and couldn't go in the compost.....Well, let's be honest, I was going to eat them sooner or later, sooner was better and I'll still want them later :rotfl:
Tonight will involve a small amount of pasta, the leftover creme fraiche and some sort of vegetable. I've made some yogurt as that's healthy. I'm giving up bread for Lent. It makes me feel bloated and a lack of it does help with dieting.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
