what kind of shoes are you wearing at work xxOh Piq couple of things re the pain:
Footwear is it supportive, with a small heel or preferably trainers absolutely dead flat ones can be more hassle than not.
Also have you tried taking painkillers before you finish to limit onset of pain I.e. preemptive strike?
Do anti inflammatory work? If not could be neurological rather than inflammation so e.g. Codeine might work better.
Hope you get it sorted soon!
I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I'm wearing Clarks airy soled trainers for work. Very middle-aged but comfortable. They're not the problem.
I take painkillers before I leave the house. I just have to soldier on for the moment. Money and all that....
Having said that, I think Fortune Smiles has recognised what the problems is. I think it is because my thryoxine dose is still too low. It fits in with a lot of other things. I hadn't thought about it until it was suggested, but now it seems like the most likely thing.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I'll do a proper update later. Dinner is almost ready, just a jacket potato, very long physical day at work and I can't face standing in the kitchen for long. Still in a fair bit of discomfort.
Money is keeping me awake, I'm going to see what else I can shave off the outgoings, but to honest I'm about to default on payments. Even if I got a job tomorrow, I'm in trouble financially now. I'm sick of thinking about money, work and all it entails 24/7.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Its a nightmare. I do think if you can get rid of some pain you will feel better, money is the root of all evil for us all.
Go to the docs you need to not be in constant pain.
xTrying to shift that debt!0 -
If you don't go to the docs, I will arrive in a puff of smoke and whisk you off to the Docs in my old Charrabang before you have a chance to refuse !

Hey it's almost worth sticking it out just to witness you arriving in a puff of smoke. Try to dignify the arrival by not coughing please :rotfl:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

A nightmare might be nice. After all, at least I'd have to be asleep to have one :rotfl:I will sort out an appointment, I'll try tomorrow morning, but I'm not sure if my doctor's surgery is open on a Saturday, it's been so long since I've been.
Tonight I've left the washing up. In known history I haven't done this before. It will wait until the morning. I cannot be bothered with it nowI'm under my tiny corner of throw, guess who's got the rest
shortly, it might be hot chocolate time, it will be the low calorie instant sort. It smells and tastes like chocolate so will do very nicely!
