I love Colin's first day and it sounds as though he has got you exactly where Bear would expect him to have you, wrapped around his little paw already.

Happy Birthday to Piq's dad for tomorrow.

  • Darn It!!!

Have been too busy to read the diaries and I pop on today and the picture of Colin has gone:(

Please, please, please can we have another picture of Colin???:rotfl:

I am so glad that you have rehoused a rescue cat - he sounds like quite a character:T
  • I need to catch up on your news re all things Colin ! I tried to see his picture but it wasnt working but I will assume he is just gorgeous judging from the other comments. I am so glad he has chosen you, he is very lucky !

I think its a perfect name for a cat, but then I do like daft names. Our"Cat that shall not be named" does have a middle name as well which is David after a certain Mr Beckham . It suits him very well, so perhaps your Colin has been named after an equally handsome man !

Ok I am going now to read back a few days and catch up on your news properly xx

I don't know what happened to Colin's picture and at the moment I can't remember my photobucket password to post it again :o

He woke me at 2:30 this morning, somersaulting all over the bed and me, chasing his tail, no matter what he tried he couldn't catch it. Naturally, he toppled off the edge of the bed, that didn't deter him in the slightest, he was quite determined to get the pesky thing! Once bored of the game he tried to persuade me to get him an early breakfast, no chance....

He's just an over-grown kitten, he seems very young. I can't believe someone was so heartless as to dump something so sweet.

I met my Dad for his birthday coffee and he told me that he was going to pay for Colin's insurance, I just have to tell him which company and how much. He's refused to take no for an answer, so I'll have to find the best value one. He also bought a rather large pack of cat treats. I've decanted them into a tin and am using them to call the cat with. Hopefully, when he eventually goes outside I'll be able to get him back in by shaking the treat tin.

Plenty of fruit from Pr£t today means at least four days worth of breakfasts for me. I've also got an uncooked hot wrap for tomorrow's lunch. All helping keep the grocery costs to a minimum.

A NSD day and with any luck another will follow tomorrow!

Colin and his tail, oh I can picture it in my mind and it is making me smile. So thanks Colin, I love you already.

Me too Granny. I love how they never quite catch it. Though I did have one kitten who inadvertantly did catch his tail, and then wailed in pain, cos of course it hurt......:)
