So poor I can't even pay attention

I should have posted last night, but got caught up watching the Olympic opening ceremony, I quite liked some of it, the first bits really, the bits until the athletes came out, then I got bored
I loved the Queen, bless her, showed she does have a sense of humour.
I dropped a whole tray of mugs at work yesterday, to be told that a single mug is worth more than I get paid an hour, not that I had to pay for them, still found it a bit demotivating though. I also cut my hand picking up the bits of mug, I was a bit upset as I'd only just missed a dear old lady with it all too, I only coated her bag and shoes with cold coffee dregsShe was very sweet about it and didn't make a fuss. After that I seemed to drop everything, very clumsy, indeed.
Did a couple of surveys to reach pay out target and now have £25 heading towards my paypal account. However, did spend £4 on lottery tickets to be one of the hundred instant millionaires, must have been the 101st...
I also made some, wait for it, banana shortbread dough. It's chilling in the fridge at the moment. I'm not sure whether it will work or not, but I can't make endless banana cake. I also made a tarte tatin and cheese and mushroom quiche, needed to use up a few bits. My freezer is very full now, I ought to start using some of the contents up.
Last shift of the week later, it's the busiest day so I'll be tired and hot when I get home. I want to vacuum and wash the floors before I go and perhaps wave a duster.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

thanks lovlies,
Had a new woman to see at the JC the morning, seemed more human . . told her my story and she was actually crying with laughter and called a couple of other members of staff over to hear the tale !!
As I had made hr laugh I then asked about re-imbursment for petrol and they did it there and then . . the benefits of an amusing story and someone willing to listen . .
Reading some of the stories on her really cheers me up and knowing there are so many of us sucessful ladies making the most that life throws at us is inspiring . .
MM
PS any ideas how to hide the friction burns on my knees for a wedding tomorrow . .
There's a few inspiring ladies here and a couple of inspiring gentlemen too! The last few days on here have been fun and it makes me feel so much better for laughing!wear a longer dress x :rotfl:
Very sensible!I would wear my friction burns with pride and just point to them, smile knowingly, and say "Fifty shades of Grey" and walk away

Have you got the perfect job, the one where you can look for amusing things on the web? Think I'd be quite good at any job that involved browsing the internet all day
Just following it on twitter.
