I really shouldn't be on here. I have two jobs to apply for and two writing assignments. One for M*neysuperm*rket and one for Thom*s Cook. I have written one of them but I'm stumped on the second. My brain has fried....

My friend loved the shortbread, so I feel a bit better about it now. A group of them have gone out to dinner to celebrate, I couldn't go, lack of money is a real downer sometimes :(

I've only got until Thursday to get them done and I'm out all day tomorrow. It's the research that takes the time, the city of Petra of all things, I'd love to go, looks like the most wonderful place.

I made biscotti last week with cranberries and almonds it was lovely and you're right it would make a perfect gift. I think I'll put a bit more thought into it and make my own Christmas hampers. I don't know how to make bath goodies though.

Even without looking I am sure there will be instructions in moneysavingoldstyle, or the christmas forum for making bath stuff...

Sorry to hear that you are still struggling to find work. I am also feeling down heartened about it (and life in general if you read my diary). But we have to just push on through.

What sort of things do you need to know about Petra ? Mr Pinot worked out there a few years ago ? No if he will be of much help, but I know he would be happy to help if he could ! x
