Can anybody tell me where to send the second set of bills plz. On the current claim form it says

Redemption dept, Phones4u ltd, PO Box 2453, Bristol, BS4 9WR

    Is this the right address???

If im not mistaken , this is where I sent my first set of bills and redemption form....... I might be wrong though!!

Plz help .... I need to send the forms asap. Thx

My contract is with O2 and this is the address that I was given with my original T&Cs and then also with the new T&Cs (On the Chequeback Forms).

I hope that helps - it's the correct address for me.

mobilejunkie - could you please check this link out.

I tried to click on it but its not working for me.

I'd like to check it out please.

    Thanks in advance

Rajinder - if you wanted help BEFORE you bought your phone, this link might have been helpful. But if you want help after the horse has bolted, it's not worth going to great lengths to see what it said....

thomthom - I just thought it may have something written up about LBA. I am in the process of taking legal actions with PBD and would like to get as much exposure in this area in order to prepare and equip myself.

Several of us would like some further info from Mobilejunkie to help with this 'Letter Before Action'. He gives a little help earlier in the thread but doesn't elaborate any further. The article of help that I read went as far as to give his subjective advice on how to go about choosing and buying cashback contract phones whilst minimising the risk of losing any such cashback. it didn't, if I remember rightly, go as far as to tell you what to do if you don't get the cash back.

There are threads about that help with Small Claims and Cashback problems, with letter templates etc.....

Maybe someone could be kind enough to point Rajinder in the right direction, pls.
  • Thanks thomthom - you've expressed more clearly - letter templates is what I am looking for in order to get better exposure and draft up mine own letter using these template as a guide....

    Please help someone!
  • Thread is now http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=558661 but doesn't really deal with Letters Before Action. I believe there may be some examples on the Coolnewmobile, Phonebox Direct and (probably) Phones2Udirect and The Mobile Outlet. Could also try Mobile Rainbow - another of the terrible three.

Success guys, after my firm letter, I got the cheque within 14 days (on wednesday). I banked it yesterday, have got a PAC from O2 - no more 0844 calls, no more contract, bye bye O2. My advice is be firm, don't take any prisoners!
  • Well done Saeed, we are still waiting,no joy our end.
