Is it wise to cancel my O2 contract while this is going on ? ?? I have received my 7th bill and contemplating giving my 28 days notice due to the change in O2 t&c ?? Any ideas??

I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, and presume that this was all down to disorganisation. The longer this goes on, and the more different people are told different stories, it starts to look like the whole thing is quite deliberate. After jumping through hoops (many contradictory ones) I have been told that I will receive my cheque within 28 days. I am starting to wonder.

Has anyone reading this thread actually received the cashback for this phone or any of the other clearance deals on o2 in February yet?

As of now there are NO pay monthly Orange deals at all on Phones4U OR Mobiles2yourdoor. I wonder why? Maybe Orange aren't impressed by them either and have "pulled" them as one of the hundred or so they have withdrawn from recently due to their practices.

I phoned them after my fax...was told that it's a different number and to send it again...Grrrr! I am losing the temper! Any suggestions?

what ever you do dont get the razar v3 i dropped mine once and it wouldnt charge up and the screen went funny colours

I have already cancelled the O2...as the claim clearly states that we need to be in the contract upto the time of claim. If we are going to receive the money ...we will get it anyway. Otherwise, you might as well cancel the O2 contract to save some money

Can anybody tell me where to send the second set of bills plz. On the current claim form it says

Redemption dept, Phones4u ltd, PO Box 2453, Bristol, BS4 9WR

Is this the right address???

If im not mistaken , this is where I sent my first set of bills and redemption form....... I might be wrong though!!
