Well OP on that note good luck, I hope before you recorded your telephone conversations with your boss you informed him he was being taped. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -

Basically you have covered his brass in exchange for a promise to get the pay you would have got anyway! So nothing in it for you really.
You have let yourself be had, good and proper. Now get yourself down to HR, and tell them the sorry tale.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

:T:T:T Perhaps the OP will understand what everyone has been saying. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
OP - no point coming here asking for advice if you then ignore the excellent advice you were given.
You are going to make yourself unemployed at a time when there are over 2.6 million people in the UK in the same situation. Do you have another job to go to? You have no case for constructive dismissal."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -

I agree the OP has basically resigned and thinks they can backtrack after they have been paid there final salary. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -

I have a feeling your right, but will they listen, as it seems to me the OP doesn't want constructive feedback but for people to agreed with what they are doing????It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
Don't get too excited people, this is clearly a wind up.
I always get suspicious when a very new member raises a contentious question (cynical of me I know ......).
Post 5 should have raised alarm bells : "its not a mean hard sell, we are speaking to managing directors of companies having intelligent converstionsm".0
